Courthouse Garden Ceremony Coordination

$795 | For up to 50 guests

Exclusively for weddings at the iconic Santa Barbara Courthouse.

Say “I do” in one of the most stunning courthouse settings in the country without the stress. This package is designed specifically for couples planning a ceremony at the historic Santa Barbara Courthouse and need an experienced professional to oversee the details on the day of.

What’s include:

  • 1 planning consultation call prior to the wedding

  • Custom ceremony timeline and vendor contact list

  • Choice of up to 50 natual wood folding chairs with ivory pads or 4 - 10’ benches for guest seating

  • Final coordination with up to 5 vendors (Officiant, florist, photographer, musician, rental company)

  • On-site coordination up to 3 hours

  • Guest arrival and seating management

  • Processional and recessional direction

  • Setup of small décor items (programs, signs, etc.)

  • Access to our emergency kit for last-minute needs

*Backdrops available for additional fee: arch/arbor/chuppa

*Cocktail tables and linens can be added for your post event celebration on the Courthouse lawn.

*Floral packages available for an additional fee: (1) bouquet, (1) boutonniere, arch or aisle decor.

This package includes everything you need for a beautiful ceremony in the Sunken Gardens with a seamless experience for you and your guests. Ceremony coordination in the Mural Room is also available. Please inquire for pricing.

Reception-Only Coordination

$1,500 | Up to 10 hours | Available at select venues

Designed for couples who’ve already said “I do” and want expert support for the celebration that follows.

This package is perfect if you’ve planned a separate ceremony and just need help executing your reception. We’ll handle the logistics, vendor coordination, and flow of events so you can focus on celebrating with your loved ones. This service is offered at select pre-approved venues. Please inquire for availability.

What’s include:

  • 1 planning call to discuss logistics and determine priorities

  • Custom list of vendor referrals 

  • 1 site visit at reception venue 

  • Timeline creation & communication with all parties

  • Direct and manage vendors throughout the event

  • On-site coordination for up to 10 hours

  • 1 event day assistant 

  • Setup of table numbers, place cards, favors, signage, and guestbook and all personal decor items for your tables

  • Cueing grand entrance, dinner service, toasts, formal dances, cake cutting and other formalities

  • Guest flow management and troubleshooting as needed

  • Breakdown supervision of decor and personal items

  • Use of stocked emergency kit 

This is a great option for couples hosting a post-elopement reception, cultural celebration, or private dinner party without a ceremony on site.

Day-Of Wedding Coordination

Starting at $2,500 | For weddings up to 100 guests

Perfect for couples who’ve planned it all but want a professional to run the show.

You've put in the work, now let us take it from here. Our Day-Of Coordination package is designed for couples who want to hand off the final details and logistics to an experienced planner, so they can enjoy every moment of their wedding day.

We’ll step in a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event to ensure everything is finalized, timelines are confirmed, and everyone knows exactly what to do and when.

What’s include:

  • 1 venue walk-through or planning meeting (virtual or in-person if local)

  • Vendor confirmation and timeline coordination

  • Custom wedding day timeline for vendors and wedding party

  • Unlimited email support from the 2-week mark onward

  • Full wedding day coordination (up to 8 hours)

  • 1 Event day assistant

  • Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)

  • Oversight of ceremony & reception setup

  • Cueing ceremony processional and recessional

  • Coordination of reception timeline: toasts, dances, dinner, cake, etc.

  • Management of vendors, wedding party, and flow of events

  • Troubleshooting and emergency kit access throughout the day

  • Wrap-up of personal items at the end of the event
