Services include a personalized planning consultation to review your vision, ceremony logistics, and guest experience, along with a custom ceremony timeline and comprehensive vendor contact sheet to ensure every detail is organized and seamlessly communicated.
For ceremonies held in the gardens, couples may choose between up to 50 natural wood folding chairs with ivory cushions or four 10-foot benches, creating a refined and intentional setting for guests.
We coordinate with up to five ceremony-related vendors, confirming final details and ensuring everyone is aligned prior to the event. On the day of the ceremony, we provide up to three hours of on-site management, overseeing logistics, guest arrival, vendor coordination, and ceremony execution.
Our team welcomes and assists guests upon arrival, manages the seating process, and provides discreet direction for the processional and recessional to ensure a graceful and effortless flow. We also handle the placement of select personal items, including ceremony programs, welcome signage, and other light décor elements.

Designed for couples who have already secured their venue and vendors but want the confidence of an experienced professional managing the event, this collection allows you to be fully present with your guests while we oversee the logistics behind the scenes.
The experience begins with a personalized planning consultation to review event details, priorities, and logistics. We provide tailored vendor recommendations as needed and conduct a venue walkthrough to finalize layouts, guest flow, and operational details.
As your event approaches, we create a comprehensive reception timeline and communicate directly with your vendor team to confirm logistics, expectations, and arrival schedules. Our team serves as the central point of contact for all vendors, ensuring a cohesive and well-executed experience from setup through the conclusion of the evening.
On the day of the event, we provide up to 10 hours of on-site coordination, overseeing all aspects of event production and guest experience. An additional event assistant is included to support smooth execution and provide attentive service throughout the celebration.
We carefully style and place personal décor items, including table numbers, escort cards, place cards, favors, guest books, signage, and other meaningful details. Throughout the reception, we coordinate key moments such as the grand entrance, dining service, toasts, special dances, cake cutting, and other formalities, ensuring a natural and effortless flow.
Our team also monitors guest experience, manages transitions between events, addresses any unforeseen issues discreetly, and oversees the collection and organization of personal items at the end of the evening.
