We curate and manage a team of exceptional wedding professionals through tailored vendor recommendations, introductions, and proposal review, ensuring every partner aligns with your vision and standards.
Our design process includes the creation of custom mood boards, color palette development, event styling, and thoughtful visual direction that brings a cohesive and elevated aesthetic to every aspect of the guest experience. Clients also receive exclusive savings on premium invitations, stationery, and paper goods through Minted.
We provide comprehensive budget development and payment tracking, along with a customized planning roadmap designed to keep every detail organized and on schedule. Guest accommodations, transportation logistics, and wedding weekend travel arrangements are carefully coordinated to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.
As part of our planning services, we attend key vendor meetings, menu tastings, design appointments, and showroom visits, offering professional guidance and support throughout the decision-making process. We also create detailed timelines for the wedding day and wedding weekend, ensuring every event unfolds effortlessly.
In addition to the wedding itself, we can assist with the planning and coordination of welcome receptions, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, and other curated guest experiences. Prior to the wedding, we oversee and coordinate the ceremony rehearsal so that everyone feels confident and prepared.
On the wedding day, our team manages every detail behind the scenes, overseeing vendors, timelines, guest logistics, and event production from start to finish. Depending on the size and complexity of the celebration, up to three professional wedding day assistants are included to ensure a polished and seamless experience.

Perfect for couples who have already begun planning but would like the support, expertise, and guidance of a professional planner to help refine the details, stay on track, and ensure a seamless wedding day experience.
Services include a comprehensive site visit at your wedding venue to review logistics, layout, flow, and event details. You'll receive access to our carefully curated list of preferred wedding professionals, along with personalized vendor recommendations when needed. We also review vendor contracts to help ensure all services and expectations are clearly outlined.
Throughout the planning process, we schedule regular progress check-ins to answer questions, provide guidance, and keep everything moving forward according to plan. As the wedding approaches, we develop a detailed, customized timeline that serves as the blueprint for your celebration and ensures all vendors, family members, and key participants are aligned.
Prior to the wedding day, we coordinate and lead your ceremony rehearsal, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and prepared for the event. On the wedding day itself, our team oversees all logistics, vendor coordination, timeline management, and event execution, allowing you and your loved ones to be fully present and enjoy the celebration.
Wedding day management includes up to 10 hours of on-site coverage, along with up to two professional wedding day assistants, depending on guest count and event complexity.

Wedding Management

Our Wedding Management package is designed for couples who have secured their venue, selected their vendor team, and established the foundation of their wedding but want expert guidance, strategic oversight, and seamless execution as the day approaches.
Beginning 12 weeks prior to your wedding, we step in to take an active leadership role. This includes a comprehensive review of vendor contracts and logistics, a detailed assessment of your plans, and thoughtful refinement of timelines, flow, and execution. We ensure your vision is clearly understood, properly communicated, and translated into an experience that feels intentional and effortless.
A key part of this service is foresight. We identify any overlooked details, anticipate potential challenges, and implement solutions in advance allowing for last-minute adjustments without stress or disruption. Our role is to protect the time, energy, and care you’ve invested, ensuring nothing is missed and nothing feels rushed or chaotic.
