Have you spent the past several months or longer planning all the details of your day? If so, you’ll need us to take the reigns, review your contracts, tie up any loose ends, and ensure your vision is properly executed.

Full Service Planning & Design

Our Full Service Planning package is ideal for couples who may not have time to plan their wedding, have a defined vision, or are planning a destination wedding and see the value in hiring a local professional.

This package is our most comprehensive and will give you the most support from the time you get engaged to the wedding day.  We will work together to create an extraordinary experience using your ideas and personal touches to create a one of a kind wedding that feels unique and personal to you.

Some services that are exclusive to this package include:

  • Venue sourcing and selection

  • Visual details including design, styling and color selection

  • Budget and payment tracking

  • 12 month planning checklist

  • Hotel and travel coordination

  • Attending vendor meetings, catering tastings and showroom visits

  • Planning and coordinating wedding weekend activities

  • Organizing pre or post-wedding brunch, welcome reception, or rehearsal dinner

Partial Planning + Coordination

The Partial Planning + Coordination package is ideal for couples who already have a venue selected and secured and are half way through the planning phase. This package gives additional support and guidance where needed in the final few months before the wedding day plus on-site coordination to manage the wedding details!

  • Venue site visit & floor plan design

  • 6 month planning checklist

  • Scheduled progress check-in calls

  • Timeline creation

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

Wedding Day Management

Our Wedding Management package is our limited service package option for couples who would like to take the reigns in planning their wedding with minimal support along the way. Our role is to finalize your wedding details 8 weeks before your wedding date.

We work hand in hand to review vendor contracts and discuss any last minute details that need to be done. We look closely at all your details to have a clear understanding of your vision to determine the best way to bring your vision to life.

We will coordinate with your venue and vendors to oversee the set up process and execute all the details allowing you to enjoy the wedding worry-free!

This package is designed for weddings with 100 guests or less and may not be available at certain venues. Please contact us for more details.

Concierge Services

We offer concierge services for groups leading up to and after the wedding which can be added on to any package above or purchased a la carte.
